Every ticket purchased from Local Link is greatly appreciated and is incredibly important to us.
We take great care in making sure that you receive your tickets in great condition.
All our orders are processed and we aim to for them to be delivered within 3 working days.
Bus Passes by Post : To receive your Bus Passes by post, please purchase your tickets at least 4 days in advance of travel.
Your tickets will be sent out via Royal Mail and we aim to deliver them within 2-3 working days.
Standard Delivery/Postal Charges are £ 0.50 per order to the UK Mainland.
Estimated Turnaround Times: 2-3 Working Days depending on Royal Mail standard delivery times.
Collect on Bus E-Ticket : If you require a ticket for travel within less than 3 working days, please print out your ticket purchase confirmation email and present this to the driver to be used as a valid ticket. If you select this option, your tickets will not be sent out via post, and your Email confirmation will be your proof of purchase.

The tickets will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
So if you are unhappy...
write to us at LocalLink Bus Services to let us know about the issue, we will respond within 48 hours and provide instructions for the returns procedure. In the event that you want a refund, we are happy to refund the full product total (minus postage) as long our tickets are unused and reach us in the condition that we sent them but we do ask that you pay for the return postage.
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch of goods without charge.
Once you have submitted an order, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may within 1 working days of delivery request for the item to be returned. You must notify us within this period through our “contact form” on our website, or email LocalLink Bus Services and request a returns number.
Return postal charges are payable by the customer and the buyer returns all products and goods at their own risk. The buyer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are their possession.
If the buyer fails to comply with their obligation, the seller may have a right of action against the buyer for compensation.
Order Cancellation Due to Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
